Terms of Sale

All products are sold strictly for in-vitro laboratory research. They are not for human or veterinary use, not for consumption, and are not drugs, foods, supplements, or cosmetics.

By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 21 years old, are a qualified researcher, and will handle, store, and dispose of all materials according to applicable laws and guidelines.

Orders are paid through Venmo, Cash App, or USDT (Tether, Polygon network). An order is not processed until payment is received. Crypto payments are final and cannot be reversed. Prices shown at checkout are final.

There are no refunds or returns. All sales are final. The only exception is the damaged or incorrect items policy on our shipping page: items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with photos.

BioGenRPC is not responsible for any misuse of its products. The buyer assumes all responsibility for how products are used after delivery. We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
