Flat-rate shipping is $9.99 per order. Orders over $175 ship free.

Orders ship after payment is received. Please include your order number in the Venmo, Cash App, or USDT payment note so we can match it quickly. Orders typically ship within 1–2 business days of payment.

If an item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, email us at BioGenRPC@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and photos showing the damage or the item you received. Photos are required — we can't replace an item without them.

There are no refunds or returns. All sales are final. Please see the damaged or incorrect items policy above for the only exception to this rule.
